Young Aspirations-Young Artists, Inc.

Over the course of 13 months, YAYA and Black and Blue Story Project (B & B) will produce a comic book and curriculum to engage Louisiana youth in re-imagining policing and public safety in our communities. A multi-generational team of New Orleans artists, educators and administrators will: (a) recruit and support a focus group of 30 young artists for input and feedback on the comic book and curriculum; and (b) produce a distribution plan to reach youth across the state beginning in August 2022.
