LA Folk Roots, Inc. will facilitate a "Jeune Folk Rootshop Series" to advance the traditional music skills of students in the Leblanc Elementary French Immersion/Fiddle Club and Erath Middle School Fiddle Club. Professional ensemble musicians will include Blake Miller and Old-Fashioned Aces. An experiential "Jeune Hurrah" public performance will facilitate local engagement in the Jeune Folk Rootshop Series aimed at future project repetition and sustainability.
