William Downs will present a solo exhibition at the UT Downtown Gallery in the fall of 2024. Downs will be in residence at the gallery for eight days to create a large site specific wall drawing, present an artist talk, meet with Title 1 middle and high school students, present to the Black Creatives Meetup group at The Bottom community organization, and speak with UT Black Student for Artistic Expression group MFA students will assist Downs with his wall drawing.
