The Johnson Center For The Arts will conduct a two-day residency, with Caesar Garcia holding one public free master class on painting for adults age 55+ at the community Senior Center, one abstract painting class at the Troy Regional Medical Center in their senior behavior care unit, and one artist talk and art class based on Cesar's work open to the community.
