East Tennessee State University Old Time Ramblers (formerly Old Time Pride Band) is comprised of award-winning student instrumentalists with years of musical experience. The Old Time Ramblers will work with Toe River Arts' Traditional Arts Program for Students (TAPS) instructors in conducting three student workshops and a public performance at Harris Middle School's renovated, historic auditorium in Spruce Pine, NC, on September 13, 2108.
