Tennessee Presenter's 2017-18 season fall block booking meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 9, 2017 at the South Jackson Civic Center in Tullahoma, TN. The date and location for the winter booking meeting and the annual meeting will be set at that meeting, with meetings usually scheduled for late January/early February and in May. Booking meeting activities include a brief board meeting followed by two booking sessions, one focusing on artists of interest with asking prices under $7500 and one focusing on artists of interest over $7500. Members introduce proposed blocks at the fall meeting and update the status of the proposed blocks at the winter meeting as well as introduce everyone to artists to whom they may have become interested since the fall meeting. Block booking spreadsheets are modified accordingly to reflect updated information and distributed to all members after each booking meeting.
