BOOM Echoes EAST presents mini-festivals and is a long-term collaboration between Charlotte's BOOM Festival (BOOM) and Refugee Support Services (RSS) along with other community partners, to connect the newest entrants into the city/country to the cultural life of their new home town through art, including refugee participants to the broader cultural community at the annual BOOM Festival.
