The Ohr-O'Keefe Museum of Art (OOMA) and the East Biloxi Community Collaborative (EBCC) seek to address the issues of arts access and food insecurity in their impoverished East Biloxi, MS neighborhood through the creation of a Community Art Garden and accompanying youth-focused art curriculum program. This project is part of a wider, ongoing partnership focusing on arts and community revitalization, with a specific focus on positively engaging local youth.
