I am seeking funding to purchase custom panel surfaces for creating six 60 to 72-inch diameter circular oil paintings while on a semester leave from teaching at Auburn University from August to December 2024. During this grant period, I will also participate in a two-person exhibition at the James May Gallery in Milwaukee, WI, from September 6 to October 26, 2024, aiming to show three new paintings created from this funding opportunity.
