MLK Duet: Growing Urban Economy Through Art is a six-month celebration of local, minority-owned small businesses and local minority artists. MLK Duet will be a blend of pop-up art events and small business promotion and workshops that grow the economic impact of MLK Boulevard, the city's last cohesive, historically African American community.
