Council on Culture & Arts (COCA)

COCA, and The City of Tallahassee Parks, Recreation, and Neighborhood Affairs want to fund more utility banners to hang throughout the Greater Bond Neighborhood. Photographs highlighting the inter-generational members of the neighborhood will be featured on the banners. It's the people who make a place, and we want this project to act as a public redirection of the perception of the Bond Neighborhood. This project will continue the Great Art for Greater Bond project started by COCA and the City.
