Cornbread and Tortillas, a seven member multi-cultural group who hail from Eastern Kentucky and South and Central America, will present three free public performances of spoken word and music at the first evening of the Carolina Mountains Literary Festival's "Joining Voices" as well as special events in the high schools of the two other counties of the Toe River Valley.
