"Dance and Military" cross-sector proposal seeks to serve veterans and military connected persons living in rural NC with healing dance, community building workshops, and public performance to broaden the understanding of complex issues facing the US military and those they serve. The project builds on an existing partnership between Black Box Dance Theatre (BBDT) and the USO of NC by increasing the scope, scale, and accessibility of current successful and transformative programming.
