In February 2020, Arts4All Florida (formerly VSA Florida) will partner with Florida State University (FSU) and Leon County Public Schools to present "The Larry Mitchell Interchange: Music for All". Mitchell will perform a public concert and teach three multi-day workshops for students with and without disabilities at schools and nonprofit organizations in the Tallahassee area.
